Eligible applicants can add a clearing choice.

The National Careers Service will be delivering exam results support. The helpline will be open from Thursday 14 August until Saturday 30 August 2025, 08:00 – 20:00 Monday to Friday, and 10:00 – 17:00 Saturday. Young people or their parents/carers can contact the helpline on 0800 100 900 to speak to a professionally qualified careers adviser if they need advice on their next steps after receiving results.

Applicants with outstanding GCSE results will need to send these directly to their chosen universities or colleges.
